Continuing my thoughts on being a translator, I decided to start a small project.
Summarizing and explaining academic journal articles in my own words, using 300 words or less - for those interested in learning what’s latest in organizational sciences but has little time or access to the latest research.
Why should I do it?
Well… I read journal articles on a daily basis. So I read lots of them. And many of them are VERY interesting and informative. But even to a big nerd like me, reading academic articles can get old and time-consuming. Of course, there are abstracts. I know that. But abstracts are from the authors. I usually, again usually, have reactions to theoretical/empirical studies. And I want to share them with…. whoever visits my blog!
